1型多发性内分泌腺瘤病（MEN1）是一种累及多种内分泌器官的伴有常染色体显性遗传的遗传性肿瘤综合征，其特征是主要累及甲状旁腺、内分泌胰腺、垂体前叶，肾上腺皮质、胸腺等内分泌组织的多灶性内分泌肿瘤，其中肾上腺皮质疾病占20%～40%，常为双侧增生性、无功能病变。本文主要介绍了MEN1相关肿瘤的监测、评估和管理，包括甲状旁腺、垂体、胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤和其他相关肿瘤，并介绍了 MEN1基因检测的适应证。
