侵袭性真菌感染（IFI）是重症监护病房（ICU）患者的致命性感染。一线抗真菌药物如三唑类或棘白菌菌素类药物的使用可能受到多重耐药菌的全球传播、药物-药物相互作用、低器官穿透性以及多器官衰竭时的一些安全性问题的限制。两性霉素B脂质体（L-AmB）是一种多烯类抗真菌药物，具有广谱抗真菌活性和可接受的安全性。近期，一个由传染病、微生物学、药理学和重症监护等领域专家组成的多学科小组针对AmB在ICU患者中的应用形成专家意见。
